Classy, charming, clean, and safe accommodation. Friendly staff, fluent in English. Convenient location near town centre and bus station. Great breakfast and hot showers. Quiet rooms.

The breakfast was fine, and there was one staff member who was particularly friendly and helpful. the location of the hotel was great: easy to reach everything by foot, and very close to the bus station and airport. Plus, the rooms were spacious, and the air conditioning was a relief from the warm weather.
To be honest, the entire stay was underwhelming. the cleanliness of the hotel was average, and the staff were not very attentive.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was greeted by the very friendly and accommodating staff who spoke English. I loved the convenient location of this hotel, as it was close enough to the coach station and had easy access to transportation. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious. Down the street from the hotel was the central square in a vibrant neighborhood filled with many restaurants. All in all, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great choice! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make sure we felt at home. The location was perfect, being close to the main square and a bustling market. The breakfast spread was delicious, with fresh fruit and pastries. We also appreciated the beautiful, clean rooms and comfortable beds.
The noise level. We could hear some street noise from our room, but thankfully we had brought earplugs and slept well regardless.

the location was convenient, just a short walk from the coach station and surrounded by restaurants and markets. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with maps and tourist information. Our room was spacious, elegant and spotless, with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom. the breakfast was varied, including cake, fruit, eggs, bread and coffee. the computers in the lobby were a useful bonus. We highly recommend this hotel for its location, service, and amenities.
There was one aspect of the hotel that could have been improved - the noise level in our room was a bit high, but it did not detract from our overall pleasant experience.
